Oil paintings of domestic photographs purchased on eBay commemorate those we don't know. A slow-moving video shows the very same images evaporating in a bath of bleach.
Memorializing a medium doomed to a digital death, the work asks viewers to consider photography's role in preserving the past: how do the images we leave behind build our narratives for future generations?
